Golden Membership is subject to the applicable membership price, eligibility requirements, benefits, limitations, and conditions displayed by TradeMax at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Golden Membership does not constitute a guarantee of profits, investment returns, or protection against trading losses.

Certain TradeMax products or services may be subject to fees, membership charges, transaction charges, or other applicable costs.

Any applicable fees will be communicated through the Platform or relevant service documentation. TradeMax reserves the right to update its fees and pricing from time to time, subject to applicable requirements.

TradeMax may provide referral, rewards, or promotional programs from time to time. Participation in these programs may be subject to separate eligibility requirements and program-specific conditions.

TradeMax may withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards where it identifies fraudulent activity, misuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, manipulation, or other violations of the applicable program rules.

You agree not to use TradeMax for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, interfere with its operation, manipulate services or transactions, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or otherwise misuse TradeMax services.

TradeMax may use or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, identity verification providers, technology providers, communication services, analytics services, and other external platforms.

Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, policies, and privacy practices. TradeMax is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services outside its reasonable control.

All TradeMax trademarks, logos, designs, software, graphics, text, interfaces, content, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to TradeMax and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit TradeMax intellectual property without prior written authorization.

THE TRADEMAX PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TRADEMAX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE FROM TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS.

TRADEMAX DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR TRADING RESULT, PROFIT, RETURN, OR FINANCIAL OUTCOME.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeMax and its affiliates, employees, officers, partners, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of the Platform.

This may include losses resulting from market movements, trading decisions, technical interruptions, delays, connectivity problems, unauthorized access, data loss, or reliance on information provided through the Platform.

TradeMax may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, security concerns, violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or legal or regulatory requirements.

You may also discontinue your use of TradeMax at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations or applicable transaction requirements.

Your use of TradeMax is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and process your personal information.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.

TradeMax may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business operations, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Updated Terms may be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of TradeMax after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
